Oh my days! Just look at her hair, so so beautiful. Just 15 days new for her newborn session at home in Liverpool, Leila was incredibly sleepy and relaxed, blissfully unaware of the driving rain that chose to sweep up the Mersey estuary on a typically British summer’s day. Snug and warm, Leila rocked her session in style, enjoying plenty of cuddles along the way. Some more gorgeous newborn photos from her session are showcased below. ♥
Teeny tiny Annie was just 15 days new when we met her and her family for her newborn session. Annie’s gorgeous big brother Charlie was a little star during her newborn photo session. Because we were at the family home, he was engrossed playing with his toy cars for much of the shoot but was happy to join in and give his little sister lots of kisses and cuddles for us to capture some beautiful sibling photographs.
Beautiful Leilani has a sweet big sister, Luciana, who was the happiest little toddler, jumping up and down with huge smiles when we arrived in excitement at having her photo taken! After her starring role as the big sister in Leilani’s newborn baby photos, Luciana was rewarded with a trip to the local beach with her grandparents, whilst tiny Leilani slept soundly for her newborn session. We had too many gorgeous photos of this beautiful family to choose from!
Beautiful Sophie was just 9 days new when we arrived for her sleepy newborn photography session at her home on The Wirral. Sophie’s Mum had completed 2 terms during pregnancy with The Daisy Foundation, which had helped give her confidence with her choice of a planned home birth with the help of One-to-One Midwives. Sophie was such a happy and contented little baby, though she made us work hard to achieve these gorgeous sleepy shots! Wide awake but happy and relaxed for much of her session, she was fascinated by the camera lens, so we were also rewarded with some…
This little one was a winner before he was even born! His Mum was the lucky recipient of our birthday giveaway on facebook last November for a free newborn photoshoot, and we were so excited to finally meet him! Tiny Stanley was very sleepy for his newborn session. Because we did the session at his home on The Wirral, it meant he and Mum and Dad could relax and enjoy the experience. He was also the first newborn to model some of the beautiful new props we had bought at The Photography Show in Birmingham a couple of days before…
This gorgeous newborn baby boy was a perfect tiny model at 15 days new. So cute and squishy, he has the most beautiful coloured hair just like his Mum! He also has his own personal bodyguard, with the family’s attentive little dog never far away and keeping a close eye on him during his photo session. She wasn’t shy either, happy to be photographed alongside Noah for the family shots! ♥
Meet little Joshua! We first met him at his ‘newborn’ session when he was 27 days new… very slightly older than our usual tiny clients… He was so well behaved for his photoshoot, and just loved being posed on his tummy, he was so comfortable and settled we had plenty of time to achieve some stunning images of this amazing little miracle baby. Because Joshua’s story is so much more than his beautiful photo’s suggest.
Tiny little Alicia had us totally bewitched. With her gorgeous dark hair and such sleepiness, she was a baby photographer’s dream! Her newborn session seemed short and sweet; for us, it was over all too soon with just a couple of breaks for a feed and cuddle with Mum! We even got a beautiful smile, she was obviously very happy to pose with dad’s baseball glove and give her parents a very special memento 🙂 xx
We were so looking forward to meeting baby Lucas. At just 9 days new, he was an absolute sweetheart. He obligingly slept for the early part of his session, allowing us plenty of time to enjoy taking his sleepy photos. He was so chilled and relaxed when he awoke that we also caught some of his cute expressions and little yawns! We had a lovely time with this gorgeous family, thank you so much to Lucas’ Mum and dad for making us feel so welcome in their home, their beautiful images are showcased below. xx
Our final newborn photo session of 2015 was a really special one….beautiful Emily Jane is my niece! She was 14 days new and absolutely scrumptious! After a sleepy start she made us work very hard to get the shots we were after…..she has a strong personality and makes her wishes known already! Our patience paid off in the end though, and we now have these soft and sleepy shots for the family album. In the blink of an eye I’m sure she’ll be crawling then running around, and as a family we will have these beautiful images to look back…
Lucy’s parents had seen some of our artwork on display in the Olive Tree at Brimstage Courtyard and had booked her newborn photoshoot with us months before she was born. And although Lucy was overdue she was so teeny tiny and just 7 days new when we finally got to meet her! Lucy was very sleepy for many of her photos, but very obligingly opened her eyes for some wide awake shots, which ended up being Mum & Dad’s favourite from the session! We were so pleased they loved our photos of their little one.
This beautiful little boy didn’t want to sleep! We waited and waited, enjoyed lots of cuddles, and got some beautiful wide-awake photos, and waited a bit longer…But they all give in eventually, plenty more cuddles and a few yawns later, he turned into a perfect little poser, and we were able to achieve those serene sleepy newborn photos everybody loves.
